How does career counseling work?

After listening to your concerns, Gail will help you to develop goals and strategies that fit your individual needs. Your customized career plan will vary depending on your time frame, personal and professional needs. Counseling sessions are designed to guide you, providing specific ideas, tools, and resources along the way. Worksheets are assigned between sessions to enhance the career counseling process.
